Municipal circulations for plan review will continue to be processed, but delays may arise.

Title clearances and other legal requests continue to be processed as usual.

Title Clearances or Real Estate Requests

Email your Title Clearance or Real Estate request to the Permits Inbox.

Our response will include a summary of any regulated features on the property and the regulation limits.
A fee of $255 is required to be paid in advance.
Please allow up to 10 business days for the response to be provided.

Report a Violation, Complaint or Concern

If you have a concern regarding development within or near a GRCA regulated feature (such as wetland, watercourse, erosion hazard or floodplain), you can submit information to the Permits Inbox. Alternatively, you can submit a complaint about development within or near a GRCA regulated feature through the Complaints page. Please include as much detail as possible, including the address or location of the works.
