  • Water Management Plan Implementation Report for Guelph Dam

    The Grand River Conservation Authority (GRCA) is required to submit an implementation report for Water Management Plans (WMP) every five years as part of the Ministry of Natural Resources (MNR) requirements under the Maintaining Water Management Plans Technical Bulletin. The GRCA has three dams that require WMP’s – Shand Dam, Guelph Dam and Conestogo Dam. Recent Implementation reports were completed for Shand Dam in 2022 and Conestogo Dam in 2023. The previous implementation report for Guelph Dam was completed in 2019, with the current report approved by MNR on August 8, 2024.
